Cellular network setting: Please insert the SIM card along the direction of print on the slot. After it, please click the Setting icon, select SIM cards, check if SIM card was recognized.
The slider virtual key next to SIM slot 1 or SIM slot 2 will change to green color automatically when the Phone Tablet accepts the Celluar date.
If not, please touch the toolbar on the top of the screen to click middle CU shortcut key to open Celluar date to connect the network.
Battery charging: When OYYU T7 Pro 7-inch Tablet cannot be recharged, please try to change the USB Cable and charge Android Tablet for 30 minutes before the reset. Then press power button for 5s to power it off.
After it, keep pressing the on/off button for 4s to restart the Tablet (In other words, you need to restart the Tablet when Tablet was powered on after charging).
Please recharge the Tablet timely when the remaining capacity of the battery is only 10%

1. Screen responsibility: Please close some applications to spare more running space when the touchscreen is nonresponsive enough. The internal storage is limited and can’t work large apps like games or art apps. Therefore, please don’t open many tasks at the same time.
2. If the incoming calls don’t work the ringer only vibrates, please tap Sound & notification under Setting. And touch the gear shape virtual key to set Phone ringtone and Ring volume.
3. All the item was packed in the original case. If you received a defective product, we would provide a replacement.
4. If the small back case that covers phone SIM Card Slots cannot be removed after applying pressure, we would send pictures for reference.
5. The available ROM on the Tablet would be less than 16GB listed (around 11 GB) since the system and software from the factory will occupy some storage. The 7-inch Tablet is compatible with max 32GB Micro SD Card (TF card). Please make sure the Tablet has sufficient storage before install applications to avoid system getting stuck.
Please note that 4G LTE Service is provided in different frequencies bands depended on carriers, please confirm whether the carrier will support data and voice on 4G LTE-FDD B2-1900MHz/B4-1700MHz/B7-2600MHz/B17-700MHz in the local area before ordering.
